HELP WITH ZIP FILES

I RECENTLY GOT A HEATMAKERZ FILE FROM A FRIEND AND IT IS COMPRESSED, I DONT KNOW HOW TO USE IT ON MY FLSTUDIO, AM I SUPPOSED TO UNZIP IT FIRST, AND IF SO HOW DO I "ACTIVATE" IT ON MY FLSTUDIOS. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!
