FPC & M-Audio Axiom 25 Guru's apply Brains here!

I am using fl studio 7 producer edition along with the m-audio axiom 25 key midi k.board controller. I have set up all the transport butttons and they all work except when you press stop, it just stays stuck! Why is that? and is anyone else having this problem. Well, my real question is that I like to assign certain beats, drums, etc to my pads in fpc using the learn feature, awesome little feature, however the m-audio says that I can place a loop to play over and over on a pad by hitting it on once and the loop would play until I hit the pad again turning it off(a sustain feature like on the mpc samplers.) How do I do this. That would make me happier than ten clowns drinking pink lemonade(lol) Thanx for the responses in advanx. This is a two part question take notice.
