Randomize (midi) notes when playing

Hello everyone,

is there any plugin that allows to randomize the played note when playing the same note for example with a midi keyboard.

What I try to achieve is:
Play C5 on a midi controller, then turn it into any other note in a specific range (A5, D5, etc) and then use it in another plugin.

Is there a way to achieve this? For example with patcher?
