ARPs: What type of instrument?

I love classic Jarre, and a good synth arp in general. I'm a complete amateur when it comes to making music though - I just enjoy dabbling. I own the full edition of FL Studio, and also own Valhalla Delay and Analog Labs V (I love classic synths).

I'm struggling to find instruments for ARPs like this though: https://youtu.be/T6bKU_Kr1uI?t=101 (I love the main arp and the bass line in this)

What type of instrument should I be looking for? I thought plucks would be the place to start, but I can't find anything that works.
