Hi,
The manual is saying this about how to turn on the delay: "To enable the effect, turn on the ON, TEMPO or SERIAL LED."
Must be a typo. This should be more correct: To enable the effect, turn on the ON LED".
Further on the text is referring to Enable but it is not called so anymore. Ah oh well.
