How can I make Sytrus usable in other DAW's?

I have the signature bundle version of FL Studio. I also use other DAW's, and am wondering how I can make Sytrus usable as a VST (or AU) plugin for other DAW's? I read that I could do so by re-purchasing Sytrus at a discount price, but I was unable to find the option to do so in the store.
