Separating Sensitivity From Sound Quality?

I'm fairly new to music production (and, by extension, Sytrus), and certain presets have varying sound qualities that depend on the pressure at which I play on my MIDI keyboard. I'm trying to prevent the sound quality from changing with pressure so that no matter how hard I hit the keys on my keyboard the sound won't change in anything except volume.
