Cant find low enough pitch for operator

Forgive my lack of knowledge, but I can't seem to make deep enough sounds. When making a sound from scratch, I find myself using the 2nd or 3rd OSC to add a deeper pitch to the noise, however what seems like the ideal settings are always too low and it ends up not making any noise (ex. -200Hz, 1.0x, play C4). I'm sure this is due to my lack of proper sound design knowledge, so I'm wondering if anyone here can help me figure out what I can do to get more bass of of my sounds? TIA.
