I still want matrix modulation

I know its supposed to have the same effect as just changing the operator Volume, but I don't feel that's really the case. The Volume knob effects ALL operators its modulating, when I just want ONE operator to change. Also the matrix knob at full makes the volume automation way harsher and more sensitive. I think it'd make a hug difference, and if nothing else, will make it much easier and more fun to look at in action.
