DW Round Robin Logic Error for SFZ imports

DW loads the SFZ content as though it would support round robin (my impression from view ), but treats it as separate channels. This is a segment of the file provided here

EDIT: Replace vid to show all same velocity. Add - I did try Zone - Trigger type - Normal and Cycle.
