Is there a way to save DirectWave "OPTIONS?"

There are a bunch of settings in the DirectWave "OPTIONS" tab at the far right in a DirectWave window. However, they don't seem to persist at all -- even closing and immediately reopening the same preset destroys any changes I make. I've tried the obvious things I could think of (e.g., saving and reopening the entire project, with monolithic set).

Is there a way to save changes to "OPTIONS?"

Best bet is to add the Directwave plugin to you...
