Creating Directwave instrument from Kontakt samples??

I've never created a sample instrument in Directwave before, and I am a bit lost as to the process. I have been using Demo Kontakt instruments, particularly the Project Orchestra ones, but as I do not own Kontakt I lose these after 15 minutes when in Demo mode. However, all the samples are there, ready to be exploited.

So, can anyone point me to a simple to follow tutorial? I have tried adding the samples to the Zone windows and then Auto Mapping, but this just maps everything to every key. I understand it's an involved process So I am prepared to get stuck in.
