Directwave not detecting input/playing notes

Hey all, i've been having a problem with my DirectWave. It's not playing any notes that are in the piano roll, I've already tried re-loading it and adjusting some settings. Still to no avail, which is too bad cause I really like the pre-made basses that come with FL. If anyone can help or recommend a better sampler that works the same as DirectWave, that'd be appreciated.

Check your midi channel either on your keyboard...
