Note Velocity to Gain DirectWave is Reversed

This is driving me crazy
I Loaded a KRZ file into DirectWave
The note velocity doesnt work
I read some other threads and they said you have to go to the zone tab and map note velocity to voice gain.
I did that I also turned it all the way to the right 100%
Now the note velocity is reveresed as in when I set the note velocity to its max the gain is at its minimum.
when i turn the nob the other way to -100% it just doesnt do anything
I just want it to be normal this seems like it should just work out of the box
