looping / pitch change question

Hey everyone,

I've been using FL Studio for a while, but am not as well-versed at Direct Wave as I should be.

I loaded a sample into Direct Wave and isolated a note that I want to loop in the sample tab. When I press the red "root note" key, it loops just how I want it to. Nice!

However, when I press lower keys, the sample slows down.

How can I get the sample I've isolated to remain looping at a set time, even as the pitch is raised or lowered?
