Pad one triggers a single hi-hat that creates one midi note on the piano roll
Pad two triggers a hi-hat roll that saves as multiple midi notes on the piano roll
I also know there is a way to do this with the AKAI but I'm trying to do this with no external devices.
Just imagine the workflow if you could just trigger your triplets and rolls with a single pad
