How to disable 1st and 3rd beat pitch alternation

Hello,

Regardless of the instrument, the pitch will vary slightly from the original sample each 1st and 3rd beat. I assume this is an attempt to add human characteristics to the playing.

How can I disable this feature?

I attached a short mp3 of a ride cymbal. Each hit is the same velocity and timing, there is no swing or parameter differences in any of the notes; Yet, there is a slight shift in pitch. How do I disable this feature?
