When FPC envelope enabled cut/cut by stops working

My FPC cutoff settings are cut: 1, cut by: 1 for each pad...

When you load a sound on an FPC pad, it plays the whole sound regardless of how long you press the pad. However, if you edit the envelope of the pad, it only plays for how long you press the pad.

Is there a way to make an envelope edited pad play the same as the rest of the pads and play the whole sound regardless of how long you press the pad?
