collab is acting strange

hi reflex, my collab is acting strange, i can enter but i cant join ac's chat group. it hangs on when i quit and sometimes wont quit at all.

i have reinstalled 3 times and even used another computer i have to see if its me .

pleasedont take this as a hugepriority as i know youguys are always super busy but when you can get around to it id apreciate you letmeknow what to do .
