Libusb0.dll DMX issues

I use a $20 Lixada USB to DMX adapter I use with ZGE on the uDMX device option. An error comes up saying "Could not open libusb0.dll". At one point I solved this issue by downloading the dll and placing it an FL folder somewhere.
I'm using a new PC and can't quite recall which process put of the numerous I did that actually fixed the issue, and I also cannot locate the dll where I thought it might be, and, perhaps after a windows update, now my old laptop doesnt work either. Any suggestions?
