Simple image rotation in a layer in ZGameEditor Visualizer?

Is there a way to rotate a 2D image by an arbitrary angle?

I know there's the global Rotate knob, but I'd like to be able to rotate just one layer in my chain. The built-in "Image" effect can translate and scale, but not rotate, and it looks like none of the other effects can *just* rotate without doing anything else fancy at the same time.
