2k and 4k export is different to preview

So i find myself in an irritated state of mood. 720p and 1080p exports as it should with some quality loss. not a big deal because i want to render at 4k. But 2k and 4k exports is missing a load of effects....

I actually made the effects that is showing in 2k and 4k exports. (this was outputting the 2k and 4k effects on 720p and 1080p as it should)Then decided to disable the buffer blender as i didn't really think it looked as good as the original, which leads to my problem here.

I thought it was some caching issue so i deleted the buffer blender and cleared cache, then i tried again. The problem still persists...

Any ideas?
