zgameeditor wont export to video

current version
producer edition v12.4.2

the export video was working before installation of fl studio 20.

after that, the export video won't work. do I need to uninstall v12 and reinstall v12?

I getting an error message when trying to export to video.
"Couldn't create the
file name here...
Please check that no other application is currently using it.

the only thing running right now is the fl studio and google chrome running. don't know what to do here. should I just install v20? the reason, why i uninstalled, is that of settings to make it work for v20.

it works now, had to reload the plugin.
