Start Time & End Time for layers

Challenge:
Duration of song is 240 seconds.
Show Layer 1 from 0 to 60 second.
Show Layer 2 from 61 to 240 second (don't display Layer 1 during this duration).

How to set Start Time & End Time for a Layer?(such that the Layer will not be visible until the song playback reaches Start Time & as soon as the playback reaches End Time the Layer will again disappear)
