is it possible to import mp4 file - like video player

is there a tutorial how to import a MP4 and make the music under the footage? and save it with the MP4 or render it with the music?
im using now video player but I can't save- render the footage only the FLP music like normal. is video player 2 downloadable? I think I only have video player ? - own signature bundle -

how im working now, I import a MP4 in video player and compose my music on the footage pieces! then when ready I render it like wav but I can't render the video with it/
