my video ending keeps getting messed up!

So this is driving me crazy! I have a video that was pre-rendered with a fade out. I put that in ZGameEditor and render a new video.
I have done this multiple times and it keeps adding a few milliseconds of video to the end after my fade out. This does not happen when I am playing the master video in ZGameEditor or any media player. It only happens to the final render.

Does anyone have some ideas as to how I might solve this?
