Video cue points for a video layer above layer p (16)

Hi!
I'm working on a visual in zgame editor vizualizer and I'm currently stuck.
How can I set video cue points, ("stop" and "play" in my case), for a layer which is above the 16th layer (limit for MIDI channels). I already know how video cue points work but I can't figure out how to set those cue points for a layer that is above the 16th layer.
