It's the postulate of some, that since we have not delivered on pet-feature (or workflow) X in time Y, the conclusion is we are not listening to customers, somehow Lifetime Free Updates is to blame, and we don't care.
This flies in the face of all evidence to the contrary.
The TO DO list represents an small insight into what we know needs improvement. The actual feature-to-do list currently has 1094 items on it. Some things take time, for technical reasons.
