Hi - I ordered the FL bible from the Cafepress shop at the end of December. It finally arrived but with customs fees to be paid. This was a bit of a surprise, because in the UK there is no import duty or VAT to pay on books. It turns out that Cafepress had filled in the customs form incorrectly and declared the book as "Apparel & Miscellanous".
Cafepress have refused to refund the fees, and have told me that they regularly fill in the forms incorrectly.
Futhermore the binding is wrong; they appear to have forgotten to put the back cover on when binding it, so they flipped it over and stuck it on the front, then spun the binding. That means that the cover falls off as soon as you open the book.
Is there anything Image Line can do to get Cafepress to refund the fees?
