Hello everyone. I have got a problem with the joystick(Y axis) and Knob1. If i link any of these two to control a parameter they both act the same. For example if I link Knob1 to control a Mix wheel in the effects rack then both joystick(only Y axis) and Knob1 control the same parameter. It is really frustrating. I am not sure if this is FL Studio related problem as i do not have any other DAW. Could anyone who has the device check if this happens also on their Akai? Things i have already tried:
1) checked for update but already have FL Studio latest version(20.7.3)
2) reset FL settings
3) restored default mappings with MPK mini Editor
4) set joystick's Y axis to pitchbend just like X axis(Y axis is set to CC1 by default)
5) checked if the problem occurs on another PC(my laptop) - it does ;/
6) updated the device's firmware
7) checked midi response in MIDI-OX - looks like both joystick (pushing Y axis) and Knob1 have the same responce - every other key outputs different thing
The only things that come to my mind that i haven't tried are checking in another DAW and trying with a different USB cable(I do not have)
