midi notes stuck/hanging

hi so i have seen many people getting this kind of issues with midi recording notes that they get stuck into sustain while not pressing them, look at screenshot.... those long notes happen all the time, it supposed to be all short notes here that i played:

this is like happening every time i record into midi, until now i just managed to work around it ignoring it, but after so many times it now has reached my limit of patience xD

the midi controller i am using here is a Alesis Vortex wireless 2 (its a keytar shape), i am using it via usb cable in this case, not via the wireless.

i also have a cheap medeli keyboard that i can use as midi controller but i dont like the velocity sensors on that.... but i have been using that keyboard for a few years and i never notices these midi notes hanging, must say also that i have been using the alesis vortex instead since 2021, so i dont know if this issue is because of my midi controller or if its going around since an fl studio update somewhere in last years, but i am having these midi note hangs since 2021

probably there is a simple fix for this?

the audio interface i use is a Steinberg UR12

Your PC should have no problem with quality USB...
