My Arturia keylab 49mk2 won't record knob tweaks

Hi there

I have an Arturia Keylab 49mk2
Arturia pigments plugin
V collection 7
FL studio 20.9 producer edition
Asus 9th gen i7
Windows 10


I'm unable to record knob tweaks/automation. The knobs turn on the screen in real time but they just don't record.

Is there something within the scripts? They are considered beta tests but it's been nearly 10 months since I first attempted to set my keyboard up with them.

I really need help with this. It's getting me down being so close to having it set up.


I'm considering taking the keyboard back to where i bought it from as it clearly states in Arturia advertising that the keylab supports FL studio. But my Warranty is coming to an end in about 3 months so I need to consider my options soon.

I've been active on the forum thread but it's been completely ignored for months now.
I've put screen videos and screen shots of my issue. I've reached out to Arturia and imageline for support. I'm not sure what else i can do.


Please offer me some help.
