Relative CCs in FL?

I'm building my own Midi controller (http://www.ucapps.de/) with gyros as sensors. With the gyros I want to send out the scaled degreechange/second value as Midi data.
In the forum they suggest to use Native Instruments' way of handling relative knobs: use CCs with value of 0x40 as no change and "40 +/- speed" as the speed of change.
Has FL implemented this way too? If not, how does FL handle relative knobs then? I've noticed in Remote Control Settings, in the dropdown menu of mapping formular are incremental presets, but I don't know what to do with them.

thanks for helping
