Do "Arturia KeyLab Essential 49" Endlees Knobs will work ?

If someone already tried to use these midi-controller with FL i want to know if its 9 "endless" knobs will work as supposed , are they can send relative (inc/dec)remental midi-message instead of absolute value as basic midi-knobs do? Goal is to link 1 endless knob to "lets say" volume param. and to make it "Omni" so this 1 knob will effect Only current selected track/channall, then i want not to have value jumping when i switch between tracks.
