Using Maschine2 + Maschine Jam with FL Studio

I posted within another website forum section but i've also just decided to make a new conversation here about this as well because i'm sure this is something on the minds of quite a few others, and i plan on jumping on the forums within a couple other places as well. When using the Maschine mk2 as a stand alone DAW the Maschine Jam features and control work along side the Mk2 just fine. The other thing i also notice is that my Novation SLMKII midi controller isn't responsive once i launch the application and isn't available in the list either. That's one problem but the main problem that i really want to know about is once i launch Maschine as a vst within Fl studio the Jam controls n features such as the chord, effect programming for the touch sliders isn't available anymore????? Can anyone explain this or is it just like this???
