Hello all. I figured it out.

follow the reset system of faderport like they for ableton and set the in/out midi port as 102 + performence port to 10 + mackie
then it should work

So it seems you need to do the same hardware reset if/when you turn of faderport:
-hold in Stop bottom + push output bottom --> after it ligths up!
do this before you start Fl studio. or els you migth get som weird mirrored fader movements.
