Problem with modulation wheel

Hello,

Normally the modulation wheel is pre-assigned to all the instruments you add. In the project-file I'm working on, when re-assigning the modulation wheel to another parameter in any instrument, it removes the normal control over every individual instrument. If I want to use the modulation wheel for instruments now, I have to re-assign it every single time I want to use it on a different plugin.

What I want to do is either re-assign the modulation wheel to the standard settings, or just set the whole midi-keyboard to the standard settings, but I can't find out how to do it.

So does anyone know how to do this, so that the modulation wheel can control every instrument individually without having to re-assign again?
