Roland TR8S audio via USB WIN10

Hi folks.
I would like to send whatever drum patterns in TR8S via different mixer channels or assign particular sequencer step to FPC pad or 3rd party plugin so it would control sounds from stock or made kit inside TR8S.
At the moment I use FL20 and have added TR8S to midi devices IN and OUT.

i managed to bring up some FPC preset and FL matches most of standard drum sounds to channels from TR8S.
There is a Sync problem. Despite same project tempo and Sync/tempo matching same numbers and Sync in TR8S set to AUTO when recording midi track notes are not on the grid perfectly.
