Issues with: Novation SL61 MK3, Launch Control XL MK2, Launchpad Pro MK3

Dear community,

I recently purchased the following MIDI controllers:
Novation SL61 MK3, Launch Control XL MK2, Launchpad Pro MK3. I use the lastest FL Studio version.

Drivers have been installed correctly. When moving any button the movement is registered by FL Studio, it shows the green midi signal symbol with a question mark.

Description of my problems:
SL61 MK3:
1. I can link functions to the controller via "link to controller" but not through "Midi Learn" of the different VST plugins like e.g. u-he Zebra or Synapse Audio Obsession.
==> Why is that?
2. When the sequencer of the S61 is activated and I press play inside FL Studio, everything freezes. I need to deactivate the sequencer in order to press "play" in FL Studio without having the software freeze.
==> Why is that?

Launch Control XK MK2:
1. Despite the registration of any pressed button or moved fader, I can't link any function through "link to controller" to the Launch Control. Obviously, nothing in the mixer is automatically mapped to the Launch Control.
==> Why does "link to controller" not work?

Launch Pad Pro Mk3:
1. How can I link the record and play button of the Launchpad to the play and record button of FL Studio?
