Configuring Nektar Panorama P6 to FL

I recently bought the Nektar Panorama P6 and was stoked to get it because of its integration, but basic integration isn't working. I've already been on the Nektar support site and followed their step by step instructions to configure the midi to FL updating firmware and all to a t, but basic functions like, play, stop, record,(all the F keys), wont translate over. I've contacted their "tech support" but they have been of no help at all and have actually ignored my recent emails that were in no way rude or un-professional in any manner towards them, its actually quite concerning and I'm beginning to doubt my purchase, especially with their lack of empathy.

Now, the key board does work with FL. I am able to play the keys and pads, as well as assign the knobs and sliders to parameters. But, like I said the basic functions will not translate, along with the track or patch buttons.

Questions I had also asked Nektar were about the different modes, and why I'm not able to access them on FL studio, this was when I was ignored. I'm only able to access the internal mode. I did a little bit of research and it seems there are now only a few select DAW's that they appeal to for their midi's, their favorite being Reason, with no real mention of FL. Yet, at the same time FL does seem to approve and celebrate the great integration of the Panorama series with the software. Ironically, I even found in the FL handbook that the Panorama series was recommended. That being said, I'm a bit confused and concerned as to whether or not the configuration with my Nektar Panorama P6 to FL will actually be all coherent. I don't want to get a new DAW, I really enjoy FL, at the same time it's a bit of a bummer to have bought a $600 keyboard that cant reach its full capability simply because of the DAW its trying to work with.

Any amount of help or assistance will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time. - Mr. Musser
