Using an Arturia minilab mk2 with FL Studio 20

hey guys. PSYDFX here
ive recently bought a minilab mk2 but cant seem to get it to work properly with FL. ive mapped a configuration for the controller, but everytime i open FL, it doesnt link up. all the pads play channel one, and the keyboard aswell. can someone help me figure out how to set this up properly?
