Midi Controller issue with new update Versions 20.8.3 (BUILD 2293)

Hello,

I just updated FL studio to the newest version yesterday, and today I am having issues with my midi controllers. I use both the Akai Fire and the Komplete Kontrol S61.
Today, if turning on the Komplete Kontrol S61 (power button on actual controller) when FL studio is open, causes the program to crash.

If the Komplete Kontrol is on prior to opening FL studio, It shows "FAIL" Next to Komplete Kontrol DAW (used to control transport functions) and also FL STUDIO FIRE.
But the actual MIDI keys work.

If I don't use Komplete kontrol, then the Akai Fire works fine.

Also if I try manually enabling the Fire or the Komplete kontrol it says:

"Error From MIDI Driver:
There is not enough memory available for this task. Quit one or more applications to increase available memory, and then try again."

Then If I click okay, it says:

"Error, Undefined external error."

Then after I click okay, it says:

"Error: The device is probably used by another application. Alternatively, there may not be enough memory available."

I have 16gb of Ram, with only FL studio open. No project currently loaded.

any suggestions?
