Impact LX49+ display moving by itself

Hello. I just set this controller up on the latest version of FL Studio (albeit in Windows 7 64bit) and the controller's parameter display window is moving by itself. It rapidly fluctuates up and down a few numbers before returning to the same number.

This controller literally has less than 15 minutes use on it even though it was bought a couple of years ago. I didn't have this problem when I tested it back then in FL Studio.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
