MPC One as a controller issue

I can use my MPC one as a midi controller in any other DAW except FL. I have a midi to usb cable hooked up to the MPC One. When I choose the Midi program, I have it set to MPC as the midi port on my MPC

In FL, I enabled the MPC One in the midi preferences.

However, the MPC One will not interact with FL at all

I have no issues in Live, Cubase, Logic, Reaper, Bitwig.... so on.....Can a Dev explain please? Thank you very much
