Issue With Antares Autotune

So I just got the antares autotune vst and started testing it on some voice samples, but for some reason i couldnt change the pitch at all. The voice sample was being registered, and some knobs were even working like the knob for transposing, but everything else didn't work. Help? Thank you. Im using FL Studios 20 on a 64 bit computer
