Launch at Startup (External Tools) not working with Explorer

Hi!

I want to make FL-Studio open C:\Windows\explorer.exe /n,E:\FL-Studio if FL-Studio start.
Yes i could do this using a .bat File... but FL-Studio supports Autostart for External Tools.

But if i add this (or similiar) variants it does not work.
Why?
