I'm working on designing some code in Synthmaker... I'm not good with programming using pure text, like the FL SDK or the VST SDK, so I'm using Synthmaker to program components, and connecting them to form my Synth/Effect.
I was experimenting with some trigonometry, and I found out a way to make a good notch filter in code. However, it requires use of the "Tan-1" function, or the inverse of Tangent. Its usage in math would be if you had: "tan x = 5". You would take the tan-1 of 5, and the answer would be x. However, it has interesting properties on the coordinate plane, that I can use for some basic filter functions. So, does anyone know how I can access this trig function in Synthmaker? I can do tan/sin/cos, but no inverses!
Thanks!
Tan-1/Arctan in Synthmaker?
