How to assign key C4 to play 'Drum A' and key C#4 to play 'Drum B' (MrAlex?)

I'm thinking of making a better drum emulator that works directly with the Piano Roll. I need some help with some of the programming.

I want to be able to assign certain filters to play only if their assigned note is played by FL Studio.

I can do this with a selector, BUT, is makes a loud click when different notes are changed. Anyone have a better way?

How???
