Anyone know how to program ( in ASM) a module that takes incoming audio, and "bounces" it to a standstill?
And could you please put comments after the "xmm0's" so I know what is happening?
If it were a multi-tap delay line, the taps would look something like this:
Taps. Volume indicated by size: 1 . . . . . 2 . . . . 3 ... 4 .. 5 .. 6 . 7 . 8 ...etc..
1.) I would need an input to increase or decrease the number of bounces.
2.) I would need a "speed" input to set how fast the bouncing starts and ends.
3.) I would need a "damping" input from 0 (no damping) to 1 (full damping, where the volume correlates with the cutoff)
Bouncing ball code... anyone up to it?
