a module for MIDI Velocity with 4 states. ?

I need a midi velocity module that split itself to 4 outputs:

I didn't touch SM for a long time so I'm not in shape... *blush* , if you can save me some of the training time (getting in shape with SM) it will be really nice of you.

I got an idea and I just need such a module to complete it



is there such a module already?
if not, can you please be amazing and help to make it?
